I’m an HR Lead focused on Talent Acquisition, People, and Operations. My job is to make sure everything runs smoothly when it comes to hiring, onboarding, and helping employees grow within the company. I manage the entire recruitment process, approve contracts, work closely with finance, and ensure we bring in the right talent at the right time.Beyond hiring, I also handle legal aspects, supervise contracts, and keep everything organized on the documentation side. I love creating a great work environment, which is why I also plan corporate events to keep the team engaged and connected.I have a background in Pedagogy and a Master’s in Human Resources, along with certifications in active listening, virtual interviews, and tech recruiting. I’m passionate about technology and people, and I truly enjoy helping teams grow and succeed.
