As the CEO of Nitrogen, I lead an amazing team that empowers the world to invest fearlessly and live confidently. We deliver solutions that the elite financial advisors we get to call customers use to deliver unparalleled service and advice to American households. Prior to Nitrogen I spent 15 years in enterprise SaaS, primarily focused on governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC). I founded Workpapers.com, the first true cloud software for audit and compliance management, which we sold to Galvanize (then called ACL) in 2011. In turn we grew Galvanize ultimately to over $100m in ARR and acquisition by Diligent in a $1B deal in 2020. As an angel investor and advisor off hours, I try to accelerate startups in various domains primarily in partnership with the amazing membership of the New York Angels. I also share my insights and lessons learned through publications, speaking events, and media appearances.
