I work in HR, and I promise we are not boring :).
I’ve spent my career supporting people doing big, meaningful work, from humanitarian emergencies to global consultancy projects, where things move fast, emotions run high, and people management needs a very human touch.
I’ve hired across borders, supported teams in crisis mode, untangled contracts and systems, and helped people feel a little more supported at work. Right now, I’m a Human Resources Officer at Global Rights Compliance, working across international HR operations, recruitment, and all the behind-the-scenes people stuff that keeps organizations running.
Before this, I worked with Save the Children and World Vision, where I learned that HR isn’t about policies; it’s about people, wellbeing, and doing the right thing when it matters most.
I’ve got a Master’s in HR, speak fluent HR tech (D365, Workday, Oracle, OrangeHRM, Clickup), and believe good HR should feel clear, fair, and human..not scary :).
