With over 10 years of experience in recruitment and retention, I’m especially passionate about supporting rural communities and helping them thrive through meaningful employment opportunities.

I hold a master’s degree in Child, Youth, and Family Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communication from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. My academic background has equipped me with the tools to design effective recruitment strategies, build inclusive policies, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
