I’m passionate about transforming education, starting from my years in the classroom, where I empowered students to build confidence through math, to leading high-impact teams at Edmentum. With over 23 years of experience spanning teaching, curriculum design, and edtech operations, I specialize in building and scaling innovative course offerings that meet evolving learner and market needs.Currently, I lead Edmentum’s Courses & Career Alignments and Production team, responsible for standards alignment and course production. My approach blends strategic vision with operational excellence: I drive process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and evidence-based decision-making to deliver results for both learners and the business.I’m energized by building cohesive teams, championing continuous improvement, and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes to deliver solutions that matter. Along the way, I’ve developed expertise in curriculum development, standards alignment, platform integration, and team leadership, always with a focus on impact and innovation.In my "free time," you'll find me at some kind of field or court cheering on my 15-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son in softball, baseball, basketball or football. I also have a 5-year-old son that keeps me on my toes. I've been married to my husband, Justin, for 20 years, and we reside just outside of Kansas City, MO. Our family loves being outdoors, beach vacations, ice cream, and (of course) the Royals and the Chiefs.
