Started as an aspiring engineer in TalTech, decided to go for recruitment and use my IT background for hacking around the internet instead. Best decision of my life.

I've been sourcing and recruiting for more than 10 years, with the concentration on mostly technical profiles. I love the whole recruitment process, but most of all, I enjoy ̷s̷t̷a̷l̷k̷i̷n̷g̷ sourcing, and I also enjoy the moment of first contact, where I aim to create warm and personalized reach-outs that speak directly to my candidates. I believe the first contact sets the tone for the rest of the recruitment, and has to be as meaningful as possible.

In my free time, I am into photography, or escaping reality through books or video games. I also love travelling & hiking, and I work the best in an environment that lets me explore the world as freely as I'd like. ✈️🌎
