Frank Tucker, over has 30 years’ experience in the Healthcare , Project Management, and Health Information Management & Information Technology specializing in Electronic Health Records. He carries a Doctorate of Health Science; dual Master’s in Procurement and Acquisition Management, and Computer Resources and Information Management; a Master of Physician Assistant Studies; and DoD Acquisition Level III in Program Management among other professional licenses and certifications.
Frank Tucker has held Executive Leadership positions as the Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Deputy CIO for Strategy; Joint Medical Information Systems (JMIS) Chief System Architect and Director, Development & Common Services; Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS) Assistant Program Manager; and DHIMS Chief Technology Officer. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at MicroHealth, LLC
Through his various positions, he has remained a practicing clinician specializing in occupational health and preventive medicine. He is also an educator having served as adjunct assistant professor of bioinformatics at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Central Michigan University and Park University teaching public health and health information technology. He continues to teach at University of Maryland Global College having designed their health information technology curriculum for Graduate Health Care Administrators.
