Co-Founder & Analyst

My journey in analytics began back in 2017, and ever since I have honed my skills to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
In my current position, I built the data team from the ground up, creating documentation and SOPs that have significantly improved the organization's data accuracy by 13% and saved over 18 hours of reporting time weekly. In my day-to-day role, I conduct ad-hoc analyses for internal and external stakeholders, implement interactive training modules for internal colleagues, and perform quality audits to ensure HIPAA compliance and reduce error rates. My efforts have directly contributed to a 28% increase in member retention and boosted user adoption rates for our EHR software and KPI dashboard by 45%.
In previous roles, I have worked with a senior analyst firm, working in compliance with FCRA laws and regulations. In that role, I worked to process over 1,500 debtor records weekly, ensuring we were as close to 100% data accuracy as possible through meticulous checks and reconciliation(s). In that time frame, I also facilitated cross-departmental workshops to identify and address operational gaps, enhancing productivity by 22% and improving overall communication efficiency by 20%.
My educational background includes an M.S. In Data Analytics (currently completing) and various collections of certificates related to Data Analytics (Python, SQL, Excel, Google Workspace, Statistics, Data Visualisation, and Machine Learning). I also hold a B.A. In Psychology for Children and Adolescents, reflecting my strong analytical and empathetic approach to all things data.
I am proficient in tools such as Excel, Python, Google Workspace (including Sheets & Looker), PowerBI, and Tableau.
My passion for leveraging data to drive meaningful change, actionable insights, and supporting organizational growth is seen in every analysis I complete. Whether it is through enhancing data processes, creating insightful reports, or training data teams, my goal is to make data an integral part of strategic decision-making at every level.
