Hello! I'm a Recruiter with 8+ years' experience and I have a passion for startups + the world of mental health. After hiring hundreds of mental health professionals, I became inspired to become one myself and am now completing my masters of counselling psychology degree en route to become a psychotherapist.
Presently, I work for Allswell, a pre-seed LGBTQ-focused mental health tech startup expanding specialized care to a historically underserved population. My priority is clinical recruiting (therapists, pre-licensed therapists, & supervisors), & my side quests involve core team hires, building out recruiting processes, and supporting the Co-Founders in any way required.
Before that, I spent 5 years at Mindbloom, a psychedelic therapy startup where I did a mix of clinical recruiting (psychiatrists, psychiatric clinicians, and coaches), business recruiting (operations, brand, & growth), and technical recruiting (software engineers, data, design, & product).
I love startup life because you never know when you'll have to shift your strategy in an instant! =)
