Vera Quinn

Vera Quinn, Cydcor’s Chief Executive Officer and President has been a driving force behind the company’s success since joining the company more than 20 years ago. She was named CEO in 2020, beginning her career as a door-to-door sales representative and ascending to the top of the C-Suite. She embodies the power of the opportunity-based business Cydcor has created and fostered since its beginnings. She has held positions across multiple disciplines at Cydcor, each tapping into her strong leadership skills, business acumen, drive for growth, and commitment to results. Vera was named Cydcor’s President in 2015, Chief Operating Officer in 2011, Senior Vice President of Sales Operations in 2008, and Vice President of Operations in 2005. Vera has been responsible for client relationships and campaign growth resulting in Cydcor’s more than 35% revenue growth. Complementing the company’s well-known business-to-business and residential sales segments, Vera led Cydcor’s retail expansion which has consistently been the company’s fastest-growing sales channel. Additionally, Vera led the development and expansion of the Cydcor’s omnichannel capabilities attracting notable new clients. In 2020, Vera mobilized the organization to solve for face-to-face selling issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, leveraging the opportunity to develop and launch touchless selling technologies. This enabled the company to evolve and thrive with new strategies for customer acquisition. Vera’s leadership is marked by cultivating strong client relationships andensuring sustained revenue growth, as well as being responsible for broadening Cydcor’s reach through strategic business development and new client acquisition. Previously, Vera oversaw campaign management, field management, and a variety of company support functions. In her earlier position as Cydcor’s Chief Operating Officer, Vera was integral in increasing revenue, initiating the expansion and diversification of Cydcor's client base, focusing on the advancement of Cydcor's independently owned sales offices and playing a vital role in the proliferation of Cydcor's professional, outside sales business. In addition to her role as Cydcor’s CEO and President, Vera serves as the Executive Director of Liberty Children’s Home in Belize. She is active in the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) serving as Vice Membership Officer since 2018. Vera studied political science and history at the University of Toronto.
