She successfully handled multiple HR consulting projects, as well as recruitment projects at various levels; ranging from entry-level, middle, and senior management positions. She has experience working with several clients, nationally and internationally across various economic sectors, in delivering HR projects, Talent Assessments, Employee optimization, Career Management, and HR initiatives.
She has experience consulting for organizations on Organization Development, HR Strategy, HR Processes and structure, improving processes, driving performance, developing policies as well as HR documents and procedures, creating a better employee experience, managing HR Risks, and helping businesses achieve their goals. She worked on delivering the People & Culture mandate in Nigeria, for a global Tech company and worked with the People & Culture team across the Middle East and African (MEA) region.
Tobi is an alumnus of the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and a Fellow of the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI).
