My career spans Global C-Suite Leadership, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, HRD and Corporate Development within Marketing, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Branding, Advertising and Media organizations.
In the legal sector, I have consulted and delivered on many court decrees addressing fair employment practices at Private, Federal, State and Local levels.
My experience extends across Fortune and CAC 50 companies with over 20 years in the C-Suite with Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis Groupe with client portfolios including: P&G, Toyota/Lexus, Walmart, General Mills, L’Oréal, Samsung, American Express, Cadbury, Sony, Johnson & Johnson, British Airways, Novartis.
I’ve lead and have been member of Boards, Talent and Organizations across 70+ countries and organizations with 100,000+ employees - achieving Cannes and other major award winning work, delivering transformation and top financial performance in dynamic, culturally diverse, creative and competitive environments.
Today, as the Founder of The Human Interest Partnership (HIP), I partner with executives, high performers, and organizations to accelerate strategy, unlock leadership potential, and drive measurable business results. And I work with EMBA, MBAs at Universities polishing their C-Suite skills.
Much of my present work is aligning people strategy with enterprise goals: removing barriers, enabling innovation, and building cultures where performance thrives.
