Vimal is a Prosci Senior Change Management Executive Instructor with more than 20 years of experience in leadership, corporate and commercial finance, and change management across industries such as technology, energy, and financial services. He focuses on empowering individuals and organisations with the strategies and expertise required to effectively manage the people side of change and ensure successful project outcomes.With a proven track record of partnering with diverse teams, boards, and executives across international corporations, Vimal has delivered results in dynamic and complex environments. As an experienced leader and facilitator, he excels in motivating individual and teams and ensuring the seamless adoption of change.Vimal holds a BSc in Economics from City University, is a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and an Associate Member of CIPD. With two decades of experience, he continues to empower and equip organisations and individuals to confidently navigate and succeed in times of change, utilising the Prosci Methodology.
