👀Who am I? 👀
🍒 I make it easy for companies to find, attract, hire, and develop awesome talent. Inspired by simple and functional designs I enjoy delivering sustainable, people-centric, and impactful solutions that help companies and people evolve. I manage the talent function as a product that is here to deliver value to its users- companies and their employees. I like to do things differently, with meaning and the "why" front and center.
🎁 I do not really fit into 1 box. With 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, project management and people development - I find I am quite a versatile Senior People & Culture professional - I am lucky like that!
🪇 More often than not I stick my nose into exciting projects. I love planning, connecting the dots, and figuring out how things work and why. I focus on finding effective solutions and simply getting things done. Intrepid, comfortable with ambiguity, and always ready for a new challenge. That is me.
🐳 I do extremely well in fun, efficient, ever-learning environments where trust, independence, and own initiative is expected and appreciated. I am passionate about new ideas that support growth & development. Remote work suits me like a glove.
🦕 I speak 6.5 languages - English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Czech, Slovak, and street Italian. In my free time, you will find me exploring yet another country, writing my journal, thrifting around, or upcycling fabrics into sustainable eco-friendly backpacks.
🌎 I am also an untreated travel addict (traveled 52 countries, lived in 8 on 3 continents), over-the-board chocolate indulge, and subsequently a proud early morning runner. Yoga teacher in training and Brain Based coaching practitioner too. I like making the best out of this life in general.
🩵 Above all, I am a huge people fan. I like listening to their incredible stories because we all have some. I endeavor to help them to change their lives for the better and reach their maximum potential.
