I supported BCBAs with treatment plan development, guided RBTs in session quality, and helped maintain clinical integrity across learner programs. This experience gave me valuable insight into leadership within ABA service delivery.

As an RBT, I provided direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism across a wide range of needs and skill levels.
