Executive Assistant, Allied Health Media | I keep client work flowing, teams aligned and the CEO focused on growth | Operations | Remote
Lagos, Nigeria
The best operations work is invisible; the client escalation that never happened, the deadline that didn't slip, the handover nobody noticed.
That's my job. I'm currently an Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO of Allied Health Media, a healthcare marketing agency, where I run the systems behind his priorities: task tracking and follow-ups across teams, client communication on his behalf, and the operational backbone of a growing platform connecting him with other founders. To mention a few.
For one year before this, I was an Operations Manager at GetStunned Media, a creative agency serving founder-led brands. I managed client communication end to end, coordinated editors across multiple simultaneous projects, ran content publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube, and protected quality on everything that shipped, so founders never had to think about the machinery behind their content.
What I've learned across both roles: strong operations isn't about doing everything yourself. It's about building systems that let teams perform consistently without chaos, so founders can spend their time on growth instead of follow-ups.
I work best with founders, agencies, and creative teams who are scaling and need structured operational support behind the scenes: someone who reports before being asked, catches bottlenecks before they become client-facing, and treats reliability as the whole job.
Outside work, I founded The Forge, a community helping young men grow in discipline, leadership, and purpose. Mentoring keeps me sharp.
