Currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management at Aligarh Muslim University, combined with a Bachelor's in Philosophy, I contribute to GAOTek Inc. as a Human Resources Intern. In this role, I assist with recruitment, resume screening, interview coordination, and documentation, while developing expertise in human resource management, organizational development, and professional communication. At GAOTek, I collaborate with the team to support recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. By leveraging my growing knowledge of HR practices and business analysis, I aim to enable efficient talent acquisition processes.
