Juan Santil

Systems Engineer, graduate of the Universidad de Oriente (UDO). I am currently 26 years old. I have
experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure, VoIP communications, enterprise IT support, and
corporate communications systems administration. I participated in the reengineering of the telecommunications network and the VoIP system at CORPOELEC, a national energy infrastructure company, ensuring the availability
and operational continuity of communication services. I have experience in diagnosing network failures,
managing PBX platforms, providing remote support, and preparing technical documentation, as well as
experience in software and database development. I am able to adapt to demanding industrial and
corporate environments, with a focus on operational safety and continuous improvement.
