At my peak, I was pricking my fingers nearly 20 times a day, meticulously watching my body's response to everything I did. This intense focus led me down an internet rabbit hole into the world of biohackers—innovators taking health and longevity into their own hands. I discovered a new way of thinking about proactively managing the inputs that lead to chronic disease, aging, and even death.
