Ron Lisch is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Coretek. Ron’s focus is on fostering a great culture to attract, cultivate, and retain great people who want to work with other great people to solve the toughest IT problems. As a cloud, security, and AI transformation services provider, Coretek is obsessed with making an amazing End-User experience. Through the integration of technologies such as Citrix, Azure and desktop visualization offerings, Coretek designs and implements custom solutions for their clients. Coretek believes in Project Success - No Exceptions! Ron’s dedication to Coretek and creating a company culture is the key to the company’s success. His unique vision is not limited to culture; he also reimagined how teams might work together by repurposing a Harley Davidson Dealership into a collaborative environment where clients, partners, and Coretek can innovate solutions. This location now serves as Coretek’s headquarters in Farmington Hills, MI. To date, Coretek has been recognized as a leader in cutting-edge solution integrations, earning accolades such as inclusion on the Inc. 5000 list and placement in CRN’s 2025 MSP 500 list within the prestigious Elite 150 category. Coretek also joined the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA), and we were recognized as a Finalist of the 2024 Microsoft Americas Partner of the Year. Coretek has also been recognized as one of Metropolitan Detroit’s “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” over the past sixteen consecutive years. Ron is a native of Indiana, a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington's Kelley School of Business, and holds a degree in finance. Ron sharpened his finance skills in technical, sales, and leadership positions at Siemens and Unisys (formerly Burroughs). His broad experience positions him as a leader who truly understands the business and operations of IT services. Ron also has a strong sense of community and a desire to pay it forward locally and globally. He sponsors Coretek’s giving into food banks, home improvement projects through services like Rebuilding Together, Extra Life Children’s Miracle Network gaming weekend, 'adopt a family' programs, and more. He has also traveled on international mission trips to India, one in 2019 to help build a Coretek-sponsored computer lab and training facility at a school and again in 2024 to install a network and security at school in New Delhi.
