Marwa Escobar

Political Science graduate from Universidad del Rosario, currently focused on startup building and consolidation, strategic partnerships, human resources, and operations.

I’ve been involved in structuring and strengthening growing businesses, from creating internal policies and workflows to supporting team building and operational organization. My role combines execution with strategy, helping bring clarity and structure to fast-moving environments.

I also work closely with clients and partners, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and supporting processes from early conversations through execution. This includes contributing to business growth through strong alignment, efficient operations, and well-managed teams.

I’m especially interested in spaces where I can help build, organize, and scale, combining people, operations, and strategy to create solid and sustainable structures.
