Working 20+ years in the pharma and clinical research industry provided me with deep knowledge in clinical trial development and execution in many different therapeutic areas across European markets. In addition to my technical skills, I developed recognized managerial skills such as inclusive leadership, passion for team and people development, strategy creation and result oriented execution. My adaptability and flexibility build the fundament for my success as country general manager.
