My journey has taken me from building and selling Backup Technology Limited, to creating high-performing teams and long-lasting partnerships in both technology and sport. What drives me is a simple belief: resilience is built on teamwork, trust, and the willingness to embrace change—qualities that matter as much in the boardroom as they do on the front lines.
