Head of Sales Development
New York, United States
I’ve spent 7+ years in tech sales and 5+ of those leading SDR teams in high-growth SaaS.
Before that, I spent years managing people in retail, which is where I learned that the fundamentals of great leadership don’t change much by industry.
The combination I bring is uncommon: I’m a systems thinker who starts with people.
In practice, that means I don’t just run SDR teams. I rebuild how they operate. I’ve walked into undefined or underperforming situations at every company I’ve joined, created clarity out of chaos, and built the targeting, messaging, enablement, and leadership infrastructure that let teams perform at a level they couldn’t before.
The people I’ve developed have gone on to become AEs, team leads, and managers, and that thread of progression matters more to me than almost any other metric.
One of my superpowers is connecting cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects with impact beyond the SDR org. A few examples include- partnering with RevOps to turn prospecting strategy into org-wide best practice, aligning with CS to drive expansion pipeline, consulting with product to refine ICP and qualification and working closely with Marketing to make sure field messaging actually translates to outbound.
I tend to see where the dots connect before others do, and I build toward that.
