Jeremy Simpson

I care deeply about people; how they grow, how they’re led, and how they flourish within healthy, mission-driven communities. Much of my work has been in nonprofit and ministry settings, where I’ve had the opportunity to walk alongside teams, invest in leaders, and help build environments where both people and purpose thrive.My experience sits at the intersection of leadership, operations, and learning. I’ve helped shape the structures and systems that support teams, while also developing training, curriculum, and learning experiences that equip people to serve well and grow into their calling. I’m especially drawn to work that forms people—not just for skill, but for character, clarity, and long-term impact.I enjoy creating learning that is clear, practical, and engaging, while also grounded in real-life application. I bring an operational mindset that helps ensure alignment between vision and execution, so that what is taught is actually lived out.My cross-cultural experiences have deeply shaped how I lead—teaching me to listen well, communicate simply, and serve diverse groups with humility and care.My faith in Jesus is the foundation of how I live and lead. It shapes my desire to invest in people, steward responsibility well, and contribute to work that truly matters.I’m currently exploring opportunities where I can continue developing people, strengthening teams, and helping organizations become healthier and more effective in their mission.
