My commitment to healthcare innovation led me to introduce and establish Establishment Labs (ESTA:NASDAQ) as a market leader in Scandinavia within an impressively short timeframe.My tenure at ESTA was a period of significant growth, where I contributed to its journey from a startup to a publicly-traded company with a substantial market capitalization. This experience was a testament to the power of strategic marketing and commercial leadership in scaling businesses.In 2022, I decided to step down from my role at ESTA to focus on new ventures, including Adoreal. Here, we're committed to revolutionizing the aesthetics industry through technology and consumer-led approaches, aiming to bridge gaps and create a seamless experience for all involved.My approach to leadership and entrepreneurship is rooted in active involvement, collaboration, and a belief in the transformative power of innovation.
