I am passionate about developing business opportunities, understanding the client's needs and challenges, and providing customized solutions that meet their expectations and requirements. I have successfully built both in-house and virtual teams that drive the growth of technology and enhance customer satisfaction. I also have special expertise in handling outsourced/offshore development, large program portfolio management, center of excellence models, and defining and implementing IT and organizational processes.
