I am a climate, water, and energy scientist turned serial entrepreneur, operating at the intersection of climate tech, carbon markets, and industrial decarbonization for over 17 years. My journey spans entrepreneurship, venture building, climate finance, and deep-tech innovation, helping startups, corporates, and governments navigate the complexities of the net-zero transition.
Having built 7 ventures from 0-to-1 - including 4 SMEs, 3 startups (1 exit), and 2 philanthropic initiatives - my work is rooted in scalable, science-backed impact. Whether through technology, policy, or finance, my focus remains on developing high-integrity solutions that drive real, measurable decarbonization.
What I’ve Built & Scaled:
> RenewCred (Net Zero Initiative Pvt Ltd) - Founder and CEO of the Global South’s first tech-enabled carbon credit standard and registry, developing high-integrity, tech-based carbon offsets to help businesses decarbonize, particularly hard-to-abate sectors.
> SLII / Carl Sagan Labs - Co-founder of a venture driving UN-SDGs through deep-tech solutions like ‘Vardan,’ a sustainable water purifier that won the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Water Award (2023).
> Vardan Hospital & Foundation - Led India’s largest PPP-model hospital, providing 5,500+ free healthcare interventions, including 3150+ COVID patients & 375+ trauma cases, in partnership with Government of India.
> build3 Impact Accelerator - Orchestrated corporate venture capital programs & social impact acceleration, where the first cohort helped 36 founders build 19 startups, 5 securing pre-seed funding.
> Gold Medalist in Chemical Engineering & Valedictorian in Law & Policy, bringing a unique blend of technical, financial, and policy expertise to climate action.
Why I Do This:
The world is at a tipping point. We need scalable, science-backed solutions that cut through the noise and drive real decarbonization. My focus is on blending finance, technology, and policy to create systems that work - not just on paper, but in reality.
