Baha Inozu, Ph.D. is the Co-Founder & CEO of Sharp Focus, Inc. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Bovard College of University of Southern California teaching Project Management Courses. He is an accomplished executive with international experience in project and project portfolio acceleration, high reliability organization, supply chain management, corporate and manufacturing executive direction, profit and loss accountability, and operational leadership within high-growth operations. He is a results-oriented leader with proven success in recognizing the importance of the individual and team dynamics to improve and enhance interdependent processes and systems. He worked with more than 40 client organizations to improve performance across a spectrum of industries including manufacturing, health care, aviation, maritime, information technology and government. He utilized expertise in focused and rapid performance improvement by integrating best-of-breed methodologies for superior results.Baha has an exceptional track record of increasing profit while maintaining and improving quality. He is also a recognized process and performance improvement author. He is the leading author of “Performance Improvement for Healthcare: Leading Change with Lean, Six Sigma and Constraints Management” (McGraw-Hill 2011) and co-author of “High Reliability in a Highly Unreliable World: Preparing for Code Blue through Daily Operations in Healthcare" (CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform 2018).He is also a Professor Emeritus at University of New Orleans, teaching at its Engineering Management Program.
