I am an HR & Operations professional with experience in recruitment, team management, quality operations, reporting, and data analysis, currently building my career in Business Analysis and Data Analytics.
Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, BPO hiring, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, client coordination, team leadership, recruitment MIS, performance tracking, and operational reporting. In my current role as a People Hiring Manager / Freelance Recruitment Team Lead, I lead a team of recruiters and manage high-volume BPO recruitment while coordinating with clients and ensuring hiring targets are achieved.
Alongside my HR experience, I have developed strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, including formulas and functions, data cleaning, sorting & filtering, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, dashboards, data validation, KPI tracking, reporting, and trend analysis.
I am currently pursuing a Microsoft Business Analyst course to strengthen my knowledge of requirements gathering, business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder management, business processes, and data-driven decision-making.
