Shreya Madaan

I’m a Program Management & Operations professional and an MS Engineering Management graduate from San José State University. My background spans product operations, process workflows and early-stage startups, where I’ve built skills in product operations, data analysis, and program coordination. At Bharti Milk Foods, I supported end-to-end product operations - tracking purchase orders, monitoring inventory and dispatches in Excel, coordinating with vendors and QA, and helping build simple KPI views for stockouts, service levels, and on-time delivery. At Chemical Technologies, I worked on operations and project workflows in a chemical engineering environment, documenting requirements and process flows and gaining exposure to ERP-driven planning and materials management. On the startup side, I led operations and project execution for initiatives at Mockerview.io, coordinating work across engineering, design, and university partners. That work, along with my hackathon projects, strengthened my ability to bring structure to ambiguity, align stakeholders, and deliver under tight timelines. I’m a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) and Atlassian Agile Project Management certified, and I enjoy using a mix of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFS), Power BI, and SQL to turn messy data into clear decisions. I’m especially interested in environments that value continuous improvement, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
