I then worked with Standard Chartered Bank in their domestic BPO wing, handling credit card-related queries, client assistance, and sales support, earning appreciation for customer service and upselling.Later, I joined Digital Track Solutions, where I was involved in backend operations — creating presentations, maintaining Excel reports, coordinating equipment dispatch/returns, and tracking project-related activities.Currently, I have 9 months of recruitment experience at Bahwan CyberTek, where I have worked on both permanent and contract hiring, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview processes for various clients.I hold a Master’s in HR and am actively looking for hybrid opportunities in Chennai in the areas of HR Generalist, Admin, Recruitment, or Operations.Open to connecting, learning, and growing in a people-oriented work culture.
