I am a passionate leader with a rich experience of building and leading high performance sales, delivery and consulting teams to deliver technology led business transformation and IT cost optimization programs. I have managed multiple large P&Ls across Europe, US, and India. In my current role, as CEO of Communications, Media and Technology sectors, I partner with clients in their AI and Digital transformation journey to help deliver great customer and employee experience. Prior roles include Head of Engineering Consulting and Architecture Services, where I was responsible for delivering large IoT and Cloud transformation programs for R&D, Manufacturing and Network Engineering functions from strategy to implementation. Prior to that, I was responsible for managing the Natural Resources Sector P&L, which includes Mining, Chemicals, Agricultural commodities and Paper products for the Americas region. In this role, I was responsible for sales and delivery of digital transformation and IT cost optimization programs and I helped clients in implementing Digital Transformation for Smart Farming, Connected Mines and executing large SAP transformation programs for different business functions. Prior roles include Client Partner role in Europe for large clients and delivery leadership roles in India for clients in Manufacturing, Natural Resources and Telecom industries. I have worked extensively with academia on research projects and industry advisory board roles.
