What Am I?

What Do I do?
My main duties include developing and implementing operational procedures and
policies,establishing and overseeing recruiting processes and managing the company’s finances and
budgets.

To implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties include
formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing
compliance.

Responsible to supervise, hire and train employees, manage quality assurance programs and
strategize process improvements, among other things.

Where do I do?
We have two Offices: One in Parsippany, NJ. The other is in Dallas, TX (where I sit).
