Global Head of Demand Generation | Sales-Led Marketing & Growth Strategist | 15+Y Growing Demand, Brands & People | Personal Branding & Social Selling Coach
Milan, Lombardy, Italy
I’ve spent the last 15 years in the B2B Tech and Telco space learning one fundamental truth: Marketing shouldn't exist to generate "likes"—it exists to generate momentum for Sales.Currently, I serve as the Global Head of Demand Generation, where I lead a brilliant team of about 15 professionals spread across the globe. My leadership philosophy is built on trust over tracking. I’ve found that when you give talented people the autonomy to own their work and the safety to innovate, they don't just meet expectations—they redefine them.At my core, I am a mentor. Whether I’m guiding my internal team through a complex global launch or coaching professionals on their personal branding, my goal is the same: to help people find their voice and their impact. I believe a leader’s legacy isn’t found in a spreadsheet, but in the growth and success of the people they’ve championed along the way.In my daily work, "Demand Generation" is about much more than top-of-funnel volume. It’s about creating a seamless revenue engine where Marketing and Sales operate as one unit. From navigating intricate partner ecosystems to building scalable playbooks from scratch, I focus on the strategies that move the needle on what actually matters: pipeline acceleration and real revenue.I’m also a big believer in the power of the "Human Brand." I spend a good portion of my time mentoring others on Social Selling. In an era of increasing automation, I’m convinced that human connection is our greatest competitive advantage. The short version? I work hard, I lead with clarity, and I believe a supportive environment is where the best strategic breakthroughs happen. If you’re a SaaS leader, a fellow woman in tech, or someone who values the intersection of human psychology and revenue growth, I’d love to connect.Reach out here or at: giulia.perotta@gmail.com.
