Belinda Wang

With over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, Belinda Wang is a VP of Tech Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, where she advises software and data analytics companies. She holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and an MS in Finance from University of Denver Daniels College of Business.

Belinda leverages her strategic analysis, financial modeling, and new business development skills to help innovative companies to access capital markets through IPOs, SPACs, M&As, and growth capital. She has recently supported hims&hers on a successful SPAC merger, and executed strategic LBO transactions for data analytics companies by working with the portfolio companies of many software-focused private equity firms including Thoma Bravo, EQT, New Mountain Capital, Warburg Pincus, TA etc
