• Getting the requirements for IT Staffing Process through Sales Manager from US Clients.
• Analysis of Requirements.
Working as a lead and handling a team of 2 recruiters.
• Work extensively with Account managers to gain understanding of the position requirements.
• Highlighting the key skills mentioned by the client in the requirements.
• Searching own database and other job portals such as Career builder, Monster and Dice to find the good match against the requirement.
