The thing I’m proudest of: I took Kraken’s (one of the worlds largest crypto exchanges) onboarding and KYC from compliance-first to customer-first — and rebuilt the entire org to get there. New team, hired from scratch. New structure. A product experience that used to feel like a wall and now feels like a product. Along the way, I rebuilt trust — with users, with stakeholders, with the business. The org today and the org I inherited are unrecognizable from each other. That wasn’t my first zero-to-one. At Trade Republic — one of Germany’s largest neobrokers — I launched their first-ever crypto offering, a major cornerstone of the company’s growth during COVID-era hypergrowth. From there: an MBA at Insead, an early-stage B2B startup, then Kraken — joined as an IC, promoted to Group PM (Global Head of Onboarding) within a year. I thrive in hypergrowth — I run toward the chaos and lead it into something structured and scalable. Always up for talking hypergrowth, scaling, product craft — and open to speaking opportunities too!
