I’ve spent over two decade leading inside complex, government-funded systems across employment services, disability, and workforce delivery - in Australia and internationally.
Along the way, I learned how organisations scale, where systems break, and why people are often lost in the process.
Advanced Accessibility Care (AAC) was founded to do things differently.
AAC is a premium, boutique NDIS provider built on the belief that quality care, strong governance, and human connection are not mutually exclusive. We exist to move beyond “tick-and-flick” service delivery and create genuinely meaningful outcomes for participants and families.
Today, AAC supports children, young people, and families across Melbourne, with a strong focus on disability support, community access, CALD communities, and complex, mental-health-informed care. Our work is underpinned by robust systems, ethical leadership, and a deeply people-centred culture.
Before founding AAC, my career spanned senior executive leadership roles in large, multi-site organisations, with responsibility across workforce strategy, government-funded programs (including NDIS), financial governance, strategic planning, and organisational transformation - both locally and internationally.
That experience now shapes how AAC is built: intentionally, sustainably, and with a long-term view toward scale without losing soul.
I’m deeply motivated by social justice, ethical leadership, and building organisations that allow people and communities to flourish. AAC is not just a provider: it’s a growing community and a platform for re-imagining what disability support can and should look like.
AAC is in a deliberate growth phase, and I remain focused on building something enduring: a values-led organisation that delivers exceptional care while setting a higher standard for the sector.
