More. "More" is a word our former Chairwoman associates with me. She says I deliver more, bring out more of the best in people, and seek more ways to keep our culture of collaboration and realism alive. She’s right. I focus on these things every day. In doing so, I strive to be calm, connected, confident, professional and a bit comedic. I aim to open minds and hearts by recognizing and honoring the uniqueness in others. I learn daily through reflection, intention, and a commitment to bringing more of the best of me to life. I look for opportunities to maximize learning and apply it in almost every situation. So, who am I and what do I do? I am the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO at Mozilla and the lead of a team of executive assistants who support leaders across the organization. Each day, I leverage my strategic strengths, adaptability, and ability to infuse energy and direction into conversations, projects, and people,.helping each move forward. This isn’t just how I work; it’s how I live. Yes, I am a "good energy" enthusiast. In 2017, I created Vitamin D(ance)® - “we dance, we move, we love, we live!” This mantra fuels me and others in the dance fitness classes I teach. Beyond that, I frequently speak and write to inspire reflection, growth, and connection, always with the intent to relate, uplift, and empower. Even in challenging moments, I hold onto a deep belief that things can move forward. It’s not about triumph, but about resilience, "I will be okay. It will be okay. I will make it okay."
