I enjoy combining business imperatives and with the power of technology. My leadership experience centers on strategic planning and organizational transformation for major transportation infrastructure enterprises as well as private business operations. Some of the most rewarding initiatives include enterprise information system deployments such as ERP, lease management, geographic information systems, asset management, discrete event simulation modeling, video management systems and more.

I strive to be a dynamic executive who provides sustaining leadership focus while also being able to draw upon solid management skills if a pressing situation arises. I have lead teams through process improvements to deliver exceptional results by motivating them to excel and challenge themselves.

Things that have shaped me professionally, include being a steady hand for high availability systems such as baggage handling systems and public safety radio system for a 13 county region where down time is extremely costly. Also being able to deliver multiple million dollar savings for airport and IT infrastructure has been highly satisfying. Delivering actionable strategies and effective coaching and mentoring are core objectives for me.
