I was directly responsible for scaling high-traffic consumer products while modernizing engineering practices behind the scenes.

One of the most meaningful projects involved replacing an underperforming third-party video and advertising SDK with a fully rebuilt internal platform across iOS and Android. Alongside that, we implemented observability systems, production telemetry, reliability operations, automated testing improvements, and structured on-call systems for class-leading streaming products.
