With 47 years of experience in fund raising and 38 years as a fund-raising consultant for Christian organizations, I have personally provided counsel for hundreds of organizations on virtually all development topics and have assisted other consultants on hundreds of other programs. I'm known for my hands on approach in solving development “problems”. Having personally led over 250 capital campaigns, it is unlikely there is a campaign issue that I have not faced and overcome. In January 2012, after existing as Dickerson and Associates since 1985, the company became a part of Keystone Consulting as Dickerson, Bakker and Associates. With no more administrative responsibilities, I am able to focus more exclusively on serving ministries, providing guidance to other consulting team members, and sharing my knowledge and experience through teaching, writing, and presenting. I have been a speaker at the Christian Leadership Alliance conference, Evangelical Development Ministry Institute, Christian Camp & Conference Association, Association of Gospel Rescue Missions, National Christian School Association and Association of Christian Schools International. I have written manuals and produced CD’s on a variety of development topics and am a recipient of the Robert O.
