I'm a full-stack developer turned founder - 6 years building with React, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and AWS, and just as many years frustrated with how broken the developer job search is.
That frustration is what led me to start UncleSolutions: a career agency that takes developers from "stuck applying" to signed offer. We close technical gaps, run mock interviews, and rebuild CVs, LinkedIn, and GitHub profiles for the roles they actually want — with no upfront fees, we get paid when you get hired. 100+ developers placed, 97% land a job in IT, and we stay with you for up to 2 years after.
Doing this by hand, one developer at a time, showed me the real problem: it's not that candidates lack skills, it's that the process itself is broken - no visibility into who's hiring, no leverage, no way to operate at scale. So now I'm building UncleApply, a product that automates the job search itself - finding and applying to the right roles at scale, so developers spend less time hunting and more time interviewing.
I've lived this problem as a developer, solved it manually as a founder, and now I'm building the tool to solve it at scale.
