I am the founder of Curriculum Solutions, building tools to help schools and MATs plan curriculum and staffing in ways that actually work for teachers and students.
Before founding Curriculum Solutions, I spent several years in senior school leadership and completed a professional doctorate exploring how students and teachers engage with Mathematical Project-Based Learning in a secondary school in East London. My research highlighted strategies that support student autonomy, resilience, motivation and collaboration, insights that continue to shape my approach to practical curriculum design.
I am currently recruiting schools for our first pilot and speaking with School and MAT leaders across the UK. These conversations show that leaders are looking for approaches that balance ambition with what is feasible in school structures, and I am focused on building solutions that make this possible.
I am particularly interested in connecting with school leaders, MAT CEOs and education innovators who are exploring ways to make curriculum design more practical, flexible and effective.
