Interim CEO
United States
I’m a builder and operator drawn to inflection points — moments when a company needs to scale, reinvent itself, or turn a new strategy into reality.
I’m currently COO at Outschool, where I recently stepped into company-wide leadership during a CEO transition and led a major reset of the business, organization, and operating model. Before Outschool, I spent nine years at Coursera, helping scale the company from an early-stage startup through IPO, and nine years at Google, including the early days of building Google’s operations in China.
Across those experiences, I’ve built and scaled global teams, led through significant change, and tackled the hard work of turning strategy into execution. I’m most energized by ambiguous, consequential problems — building what doesn’t yet exist, making difficult tradeoffs, and creating organizations that can move with greater speed and clarity.
Today, I’m particularly interested in how AI is reshaping not only products, but how companies themselves operate: how work gets done, how teams are designed, and where humans and AI can each have the greatest impact.
