Co-founded Cloudbeds with my good friend Adam Harris. Cloudbeds is a technology platform that helps lodging businesses set up, run, and grow their businesses. Cloudbeds is used by tens of thousands of hotels, hostels, vacation rentals, and large brands in over 135 countries. With over 300 partnered OTAs, travel tech partners, and over $4 billion in transactional volume running through Cloudbveds annually, Cloudbeds connects to more marketplaces than any other software in the lodging industry. Founded in 2012, Cloudbeds has expanded to hundreds of team members in 35 countries who altogether speak 17 languages. Founded w3ink to provide consulting and software development services to companies in San Diego and the Bay Area. We specifically helped start-ups move from ideation and concept to validation of concept and prototype. In many cases, w3ink served as an interim CTO for early stage companies. We also created and maintained web applications for small and medium-size companies.

Expanded EasyTurf's reporting system to include more robust sales reports. Creation of advanced MySQL marketing reports and report retrieval interface using PHP and MySQL. Upgraded 2 million unique visitors per year website from Drupal 5 to Drupal 6.

Localized KPMG global policies into Japanese by coordinating and interacting with local policy / advisory teams and global policy / advisory teams. Acted as local liason for global reviewers who were conducting internal audit reviews of KPMG Japan

Performed tissue culture of human monocyte-derived macrophages and prepared macrophages for Salmonella infection. Analyzed results of Salmonella infection using fluorescent spectroscopy. Attended laboratory journal club meeting and presented paper at journal club meeting.
