I am currently working as a Talent Acquisition Intern, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment and hiring processes. My work involves sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and vendor networks, along with screening resumes and shortlisting suitable profiles.I also coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams. Additionally, I actively engage with recruitment vendors by explaining partnership opportunities, sharing NDAs, resume templates, and hiring requirements, and onboarding them into the process.Through this experience, I am building strong skills in communication, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end recruitment support. I am keen to grow my career in Talent Acquisition.
