I am a highly personable, adaptable and results-focused Executive / Personal Assistant with extensive experience providing high-level support to President, CEO, Executive and Board level roles.
My experience encompasses executive assistance, personal assistance, general office support, staff management, diary, event and travel management as well as extensive stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders. I have experience working in Not-For-Profit (NFP), financial services and have temped across many other industries.
KEY EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE:
In my most recent position at Business Council of Australia, I provided executive assistance, diary management and support service ensuring a seamless workflow for the former President, Executive Directors, Company Secretary, Chief Economist, Policy Analysts and Communications Team.
In addition, I was responsible for the following:
► Ad hoc executive and personal assistance to the Chief Executive including diary management, preparation of meeting papers, general administration, event administration and office management.
► The organisation of domestic and international travel and accommodation on a daily basis.
► Co-ordinated ad hoc meetings with stakeholders such as Government (Prime Minister, Cabinet, Ministers, Departmental Secretaries, Premiers), Industry Groups and BCA Executive Directors.
► Liaising with CEOs, Board members and key stakeholders from some of Australia’s top 100 companies.
