As a Senior Director, I’m responsible for managing a team pf 2-8 people with minimal oversight to deliver against complex project scopes on ambitious timelines. I lead engagement with our clients and drive discussions with executive teams about our work and other critical business priorities. I was promoted to Senior Director on an accelerated timeline, after only 1 year in the Director role (~2-3 years is typical). In addition to my client work, I am one of the leaders of the national summer internship program for EY-Parthenon, where I work cross-functionally with our client-servers, recruiting & operations teams to help prepare to welcome 250+ interns to the practice and ensure a successful experience.
